We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

Dreamers' Club points are not refundable.

Dream It Creatives is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

We carry some Ready To Ship (RTS) items, but most items are on pre-order.

We accept custom orders or requests. Custom requests can be made by submitting the online contact form. Not all custom requests can or will be approved and fulfilled due to our workload.

RTS orders can take 3-5 business days (does not include weekends or Holidays) to pack and ship. 

Pre-orders and custom orders can take 7-10 business days (does not include weekends of Holidays) to create, pack and ship.

RTS items ordered with Pre-order items will be held until the Pre-order items are ready to ship.

Shipping within the U.S. can take 3-5 business days depending on the location of the mailing address. International orders will take longer.

Orders will be shipped using USPS and UPS. Sometimes, UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We strongly suggest NOT using a P.O. Box as your mailing address.
