How long do orders take to process?
Ready to Ship (RTS) items can take 3-5 business days to pack and prepare for shipping. Pre-Order items can take 7-10 business days to create and prepare for shipping. Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
RTS items ordered with Pre-order items will be held until the Pre-order items are ready to ship.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Typically, orders within the U.S. takes 3-5 business days to receive. International orders may take longer. Allow up to 14 business days for international orders.
How do I track my order?
Please track your order by clicking on the tracking number you've received in your shipping notification email or by logging into your account and going to your order history.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We do ship internationally. The shipping fee may vary depending on your location.
I never got my order. What do I do?
Please make sure you check your tracking number and track it with the correct carrier, either USPS or UPS. If you're unable to track your order or locate it, please email us at email@example.com. Please be sure to include your order number in the email.
I mistyped my mailing address. What do I do?
If you order hasn't shipped yet, we should be able to correct the address. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to include your order number and corrected mailing address.
Unfortunately, if the order has shipped, we will not be unable to correct the mailing address. The shipment will probably be returned to us as undeliverable. If and when the order is returned to us, we can re-ship your order. However, you will have to pay the shipping fee again. Please email us at email@example.com and include your order number and the corrected address.
Do you accept Custom requests?
Yes! Custom requests can be made by submitting the online contact form. Please be detailed in what type of cup or Ears you'd like and what design (character, scene, T.V. show, movie, etc.) you have in mind. I'll reach out to you via email to discuss further.
Custom requests may take 3-4 weeks to complete. And, unfortunately, not all requests can be fulfilled due to time constraints and being at custom order capacity.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
Dreamers' Club points are not refundable.

How do I wash my cup/mug/tumbler?
Cups/mugs/tumblers are NOT dishwasher safe. Hand wash only. Wash with warm water and air dry. Clean with non-abrasive sponges or cloths to prevent scratching. Do not wash with bleaches or cleaners containing chlorine.
How do I care for my Ears?
Always handle your Ears with care. Be sure to remove your Ears if you're on rides. Do not leave Ears in hot cars or on top of hot surfaces. Do not get Ears wet.
If you need to clean Ears, use a lightly damp cloth (without any cleaning solutions, soaps or spot cleaners, water only) and gently spot clean/wipe soiled areas.
